Terms of Service

Last updated: [Month Year]

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers in the online shop of [Company name, legal form, address, email]. A consumer is a natural person who buys for purposes that are mainly neither commercial nor self-employed professional.

2. Contract

Products shown in our shop are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. You make a binding offer by clicking the final order button, and you can correct your entries before that. We confirm receipt of your order by email. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by order confirmation or shipping confirmation, at the latest five days after receipt. After that period you are no longer bound by your order.

The contract language is English. We store your order data and send you the order details and these terms by email. You can also access the current version in our shop at any time.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT, where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. For deliveries outside the EU, additional taxes, customs duties or fees may apply. We do not charge them, and you may have to pay them to the authorities.

The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by external payment providers whose terms may also apply. Unless stated otherwise, payment is due upon conclusion of the contract.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the countries available at checkout. The delivery time is shown on the product page or during checkout. If none is stated, we deliver within the period required by law. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you without delay and refund any payment already made. The risk of loss passes to you when the goods are handed over to you or a person authorised to receive them.

Goods remain our property until full payment.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are in our Withdrawal and Refund Policy.

6. Statutory warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at [email]. Contacting us is not a condition for your rights, but it helps us process your request. Manufacturer guarantees exist only if expressly stated for a product and do not limit your statutory rights.

7. Liability

We are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions.

8. Applicable law and disputes

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you habitually reside remain unaffected. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
